"Reformers"
Thank goodness for reformers.
According to Tom Moran from the Star Ledger, a single former iron-fisted mayor caused strip malls, big-box retail stores, the destruction of nature, and never-ending traffic jams in New Jersey.
I guess someone forgot to point out to him that other towns, not ruled by Spadoro ALSO have traffic, strip malls, and box stores. Or that the council ALWAYS tries to reduce meaty tax hikes to serve their constituents fairly. Without this, "Reformers" like Choi could raise taxes as high as they wish for whatever pet project or illegal contract they see fit with no questions asked.
